  • Removal of existing kitchen areas
  • Removal of existing M&E services
  • Removal of existing electrical services
  • Removal of internal timber staircase to front reception area
  • Removal of steel columns
  • Installation of new Kingspan metal roof, guttering and down
    pipes
  • Installation of new windows and doors
  • Infill of existing masonry openings
  • New external water mains upgrade
  • New stud partition walls throughout
  • New structural steel works as per building control approval
  • New suspended ceilings throughout
  • New heating system throughout
  • New drainage for WC’s and kitchen areas
  • New lighting throughout
  • New power, data, fire alarm system, earthing and bonding, door entry system
  • New extractor fans to all WC’s
  • New sanitaryware to all WC’s
  • New WC cubicles
  • New external cladding to West elevation
  • New disabled ramp to main entrance
  • New internal door sets including ironmongery
  • New timber skirting and architraves throughout
  • DOFF Cleaning to external brick work
