- Strip out of existing partition walls, suspended ceilings, vinyl floor coverings, IPS units and existing mechanical and electrical services
- Infill existing window between rooms and 1no internal door aperture
- Installation of new metal stud partition wall incorporating new door set
- Installation of new suspended ceilings (plasterboard perimeter and laying grid systems)
- Installation of new internal door sets (2no in total)
- Re-fix existing IPS unit and sanitary ware
- New vinyl floor coverings
- Decoration works
- New window film to GP room and corridor
- New Electrical installation
- New Mechanical and ventilation installation
- Separate existing ceiling chilled beam unit
FSU Area
- Strip out of existing partition walls, suspended ceilings, 2no sets of double doors, vinyl floor coverings and existing mechanical and electrical services
- Installation of new metal stud partition walls to perimeter walls
- Installation of new suspended ceilings
- Installation of new bumper rails
- New vinyl floor coverings
- Decoration works to main area and 1no WC
- Installation of new desks from David Bailey furniture
- New Electrical installation
- New Mechanical and adaptions to ventilation system
- Adaptions to fire alarm installation
- Adaptions to nurse call installation

- The new SAU WC has been formed from the conversion of a bed space and is part of imaging (IMA)
- Installation of new metal stud partition wall
- Infill existing walls up to soffit level
- Installation of new suspended ceiling
- Installation of new bi-folding internal door set
- New IPS units and sanitary ware
- New vinyl floor covering
- Decoration works
